Carilee's inspiration dress

OMG, I though I was gonna be taking a picture of her in a cocktail dress.  I show up and she is in sexy cowgirl boots and a hot (and rather tight) casual shirt dress.  It was sooooo cute.  In 3 months if she keeps up the hard work I fully expect this dress to fit comfortably.  As you can see it barely buttons and she can't raise her arm very high without fear of ripping it.  Next spring all the cowgirls are gonna be jealous of this hot mamma!!!!

At Carilee's house tonight so we could get a visit in before Thanksgiving. She made me laugh when she handed me the "skinny bitch" book and a RAW cookbook and said , "I am giving YOU homework this time". Carilee is one of those people that makes me LOVE my job. Here she is doing plank jacks with a med ball. Tonight we did 20 seconds of intesity and 10 second break with several different exercises. She did a great job. Although she is super busy with family and work, she is still making fitness a priority in her life, pushing through the days she wants to give up, and getting back on the wagon every time she falls off!!!!

new post: yes for all those who are wondering i am still alive . my life has been crazy . troys rodeo finals are over and we are in town for a while . work in soooooo busy and working out is hard. i have been taking a lot of yoga classes on the square . its been amazing . i need a good stretch and some fresh breathing. i have also ran a little a few miles every couple days. not eating very well . due to lack of preparation. and little time . i am tired. i want to give Mendy strait up props for my Monday morning jogallaties class . i love to start the beginning of every week like that . and by the way she is super good at Pilate's not just working out . on that note i just want to say ..she will not be in favor of this but , i am going to do a little cleans right after thanksgiving. not sure exactly what the details are but i will keep you posted. so about the cute dress Mendy is coming over tomorrow night she will be taking a photo to upload.... not a single laugh please. tonight i will also be doing a yoga class . tomorrow night Mendy at 7:30 training wends thanksgiving at my in laws. thurs morning turkey 5k thanksgiving at my parents fri morning 515 am Mendy training yoga at 9-10 am massage at 1100am kirks mu- ku visit at the hotel sat 800am tailgate mu ku tailgate

read the skinny bitch.... now please
bored with my blaa blaaa blog... about to get creative....with that let me start out by saying this will not be a motivational session. i had a hard weekend . tradyn has some sort of strep something and has to have medicine since Thurs around the clock. gosh i feel like he is an infant again. to tired to do anything. we were out of town all weekend for troys united rodeo finals in Topeka. it was also his bday. so i went out and drank a bit. eating is not good at places like this . nothing but french fries and cheeseburgers. luckily i wasn't starving this weekend so no real big pig out sessions but unfortunately not any great decision making either. no workout since wends evening either. enough said. tomorrow i will be at joggalaties 5:15 am ready to start a new week.
the hard part about this week is right now is when i will have to plan for success. troy is leaving on Tues morning for Louisville Kentucky . this means i will have to wake tradyn up destroying his regular sched. for school at 6:00 am wend and thurs. . just enough time for me to make it to work by 6:45 am. then work all day pick him up at 5:00pm go home cook dinner play for a bit . and then get my work outs in before i go to sleep. i am also flying out on fri morning at 5:00 am to watch troy . this next weekends one of the biggest. pro rodeo finals . i have a dress i really wanted to get into before this weekend but....... maybe if i would have planed better....... who knows. i will take a picture of this ill fitting piece of favorite clothing and show you .. its not quite hot yet. maybe in 3 weeks if i tried super duper duper hard. ill keep you posted . this sched. is why i think the average working mom doesn't work out . im so overwhelmed ... its sick , ...but then again is sick to be unhealthy too . hmmm. anyways that's my blaaaaa blog.

did great !! ....well at least till dinner

i did great today, untill dinner... this morning , bananna worked hard today no time for my 10:00 am snack strait to lunch which i worked through and had a protien shake with 10 lowfat cheese- its. then i decided to make talipia and portabella mushroom for dinner. i cooked my husband and son raviolli . as my meal was cooking i stood there and picked at the meal that was not mine. probley ate a little less than one servivng. not happy . but not sad . tomorrow i will simply chew gum while i am cooking my familys meals. time to work out . guess im not really excited about that either . blaaaaaaa

monday !

just got done making dinner for the family......bought three cn breast smart cn of course, tenderized, emrill all spice, garlic minced out of the little glass jar bananna peppers, baby bellas and just a little pinch of cheese . put more cheese on my husbands. did the foam roller workout while cn is cooking . going to eat in a min and then run 3 miles tonight

another 30 min run on treadmill at 5.6 well last night didnt go as well as i thought about my eating. we helped some friends move . they ordered famous daves bbq . i had a piece of grilled cn and 1 piece of corn bread. not the best choice huh ...and i had some s p r i t e !! ewwww i dont even drink pop. no water availiable. should have planned better. this morning had 2 rice cakes for breakfast before my run. lunch protien shake apple for snack . not sure whats for dinner. oh ya and about my abbs...so sore i can only do 1 set of 25 right now . will try full abbworkout tonight

this morning

breakfast 2 organic eggs scambled half piece 12 grain toast organic natural peanut butter
ran on treadmill @ 5.5 for 25 min walk for 5 min at 3.7 =30 min cardio
30 min of different abbs
have to go to target today for a foam roller and to get food for this week . last night was my "cheat "meal for this week. we were outa town . went to mexican ....chip and salsa guac 2 beers and a soft cn taco. blaaaa so that means no drinking for the rest of the week ....no problem, i think :) i didnt get gross full though. today i will have salad with a protien shake at lunch and we will go out as a family to longhorn. i will eat the grilled cn with a side salad. dressing will be eatin sparinigly. my goal this week is to weigh ummmm .....171.4 by friday.wish me luck. still hard to think its possible for me to be thin lean and hot. i think about it when i run . what i might look like. what i will wear. how i will smile when we get to go different functions instead of being misrible trying to put different outfits togethter that will somewhat hide my fatness. ahhhhh mabey someday huh? my sister says you dont really hide anything people still see you . we arent fooling anyone with our clothes . haha not sure if she is just telling me that to make me feel better about posting myself on fb half naked ! i thought this bloggin stuff was for the birds but it just made me laugh. i am going to have a fabulous day !
